On the day we “fall back” the clocks, we feel the inward turning of winter. Practicing back bends is a way to delight in ourselves and stay connected to the joyous energy of warmer months. Life pulls us forward… Bending backwards uplifts us by counteracting the negative effects of gravity, stimulating the nervous system, and inviting us to be both brave and vulnerable.
In this workshop we will take the time to open ourselves in ways that allow us to move progressively into backbends with drop backs as our peak.
